Differential probes allow for safe, accurate measurements between two voltage points where neither point is referenced to ground.

Model CT2593-2 features 20x/200x attenuation setting, 25 MHz bandwidth and ±1,400 V maximum differential.

Compatible with oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers, the probe can be battery operated (included) or powered by a universal power adapter (not included).
