How do I order online?
Each product page has the model with pricing. Below each price is an Add to Cart button. You can order online by adding items to your shopping cart and following the online instructions.

Orders over $99 include free ground shipment anywhere within the United States when purchased online through our shopping cart!

Products that are in stock ship no later than 1 business day from when the order is taken. You will be contacted via E-Mail if your order requires more time to fulfill. If you require faster delivery please call one of our Account Executives to assist you.

Advantage Test accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for your convenience.

For sales outside the United States, please contact one of our Account Executives or email an RFQ to sales@advantagetest.com.

What is your return policy?
Products returned for credit must be in unused condition, with all original packing material and accessories. Products being returned under warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer if more than 30 days have passed since the equipment was originally shipped to you.

We will pay the return shipping charges for defective products only. Products returned for all other reasons must be sent with the shipping paid by you.

To ensure prompt handling, all returns must be authorized. Please contact us on the form below, or call us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Please mark the RMA number on the packing label, not the box, so that we can properly note the return in your account.

Can I use a Purchase Order online?
Advantage Test website does not accept POs through the shopping cart at this time. Please email your PO to sales@advantagetest.com. You can also fax your purchase order to 800-272-4329 or call us.

How do I order on open account?
Advantage Test is happy to accept your corporate purchase orders. To place your purchase order, call Advantage Test. You can also fax your purchase order to 800-272-4329 or email it to sales@advantagetest.com.

How do I open an account?
If you are a new customer, contact our office and tell any of our helpful sales staff what you would like to place on order. Our credit department can usually process your request for an open account within 24 hours!

My company is tax exempt. How do I place an order online?
If your company is tax exempt, please contact our office to place the order manually. You cannot specify tax exempt status in our shopping cart at this time.

What credit cards are accepted?
Individuals or companies may pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Advantage Test also accepts PayPal for your convenience.

What countries do you ship to?
The Advantage Test website accepts online orders for end-use destination within the United States only. For sales outside the United States, please contact one of our Account Executives or email an RFQ to sales@advantagetest.com.

What if I find a lower price online?
Advantage Test will meet or beat any advertised or quoted price on the identical model of factory-new, currently manufactured equipment offered by any manufacturer-authorized retailer. Advantage Test reserves the right to request a copy of the competitive published price or written price quote.

What if I need help deciding on a model?
Our sales staff are ready to assist you in selecting the right product for your application. When you call Advantage Test, an operator will ask for your company's name and zip code. This will allow us to route your call to the Account Executive that handles your account, assuring you of knowledgeable and personalized service.

What if I need more product information?
We're happy to provide additional information. Our knowledgeable staff can also assist you in selecting the most cost-effective product for your application.

What does an order status of Pending, Awaiting Fulfillment, Awaiting Shipment, Awaiting Pickup, or Shipped mean?

  • Pending - Our shopping cart has received the order but we have not processed it yet.
  • Awaiting Fulfillment - We have processed your order but the item is backordered from the manufacturer. We are waiting for the item to be shipped from the manufacturer and received into our warehouse.
  • Awaiting Shipment - We have processed your order and the item is in stock. It is scheduled to ship within 24 hours.
  • Shipped - The item has been picked up and the tracking number has been sent to you.

Is Advantage Test an authorized distributor?
Advantage Test is a manufacturer-authorized distributor for all the product lines we sell. We have most popular items in stock and available for immediate shipment. Unlike some other "dot com" dealers, we do not broker or sell gray-market equipment lines.

What kind of warranty does the equipment come with?
All new equipment is fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If there is a warranty claim, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.

What if there is a problem within the first 30 days after receipt?
If there is an issue with a product within 30 day after receipt, contact Advantage Test first. If possible, we will send a replacement item.
