Shipping & Returns
All orders for in-stock products are shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
We use UPS and FedEx Ground to ship your order. If you want expedited shipping times, please enter your company's UPS or FedEx account number in the order form. You can also enter 2-Day or Overnight delivery and we will contact you with the additional shipping charges.
We will update your order with the tracking information.
Orders totaling over $99 placed through our shopping cart have free shipping. Orders under $99 have a flat $15 shipping charge. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item is not in stock we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Products returned for credit must be in unused condition, with all original packing material and accessories. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Products being returned under warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer if more than 30 days have passed since the equipment was originally shipped to you.
We will pay the return shipping charges for defective products only. Products returned for all other reasons must be sent with the shipping paid by you.
To ensure prompt handling, all returns must be authorized. Please contact us, or call us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Please mark the RMA number on the packing label, not the box, so that we can properly note the return in your account.
Please contact us to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA#.

Software can not be returned if the seal is opened. Items from Extech and FLIR cannot be returned if they were ordered with NIST certificates unless they are defective.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We may assess a 10% restocking fee if the above return conditions are not met. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the any original shipping fees that you paid on the order.
